As far as I know, US licence is in ENGLISH. It should be licenced in an ENGLISH recognised country. If u go to places like China or Japan or Korea or any other countries that does not use english as their major languange, then u need to do an International Licence.

It depends on the county. In Germany you have to take their test. Its much harder than in the US
