How about a certain loss of privacy.If you had my name,just about anything could be found out about me.If you spend alittle money even more.Porn they say fuels the net. A serious question which will need to be faced one day

Absolutely not- it is the window to the world without leaving the comfort of your home. You can find any item you need to purchase, find info, get latest news, stay in touch with friends and family, and be entertained. Like everything else it can be abused and be a potential danger. Just use caution.

I love the instant access to information, sure there are some negatives that came with it, like people communicating less, but overall I think we are better off with it.

Now cell phones are a different story!
