As long as you don't risk to give birth in the airplane (which would be earlier with twins than with a single child) and you have normally no problems flying (like fear of flight), there should be no reason not to fly. Nowadays the pressure in planes is like on earth.

Typically you aren't supposed to fly after 35 weeks, moreso because you may go into labor. Not from flying, just because it may be time. So the doctor's recommend no travelling after 35 weeks.

You would need to consult with the airline you are flying on. 32 weeks is the cutoff if I am not mistaken. But is it best to talk to the airline and see what their policy is.
