you make nothing on the gas - maybe $.10 a gallon so you need to make the money up on the inside of the gas station with a c-store type format selling cigs , beer, wine , liquor, toilet paper , food, oil, antifreeze, coffee , donuts and etc . There is gas stations in cleveland for sale hand over fist without the property and they start at $150,000.00 and go up . Good luck but it is a tough business !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
