I would favor a ban on Congress, period. They are whimps, and sit aside idly while the Cowboy President rides into town and does whatever the hail he thinks ought to be done - shoots 'em up, knocks 'em down, and make up the laws as they go 'long on Ole Traveler.

I would favor a ban on PAC money PERIOD, not just while congress is in session. PACs and industry lobbyists have too much influence in Washington.

NO! All monies to congress.
All should be given a minimal amount from the treasury.
NO MAS! Niente! NADA! ZILCH!
If anybody thinks differently, they raid the Treasury anyway.
