There are a number of outdated laws in the UK that have never been axed even though they aren't relevant any more. Can you recall any? For example,

a Hackney Carriage is still required to carry a bale of Hay and a shovel to clean up the mess left by the horse towing it.

You cannot drive cattle over London Bridge on Market Day

If you are on the English side of the Anglo Welsh Border between sunset and sunrise and see a naked Welshman on the other side. You are allowed to shoot him with an arrow.

Any comments or others?

Oliver Cromwell came up with a few. The best one that I can remember is that he made Christmas Pudding Illegal - the Devil's fare, apparently. I think that it was repealed about the same time as Hackney Carriages (Black London Taxi's) still having to carry the bale of hay for the horse - but maybe neither of them were repealed!

I live in Montreal. Here are two really stupid laws we have:
1) You cannot turn right on a red light.
2) Business's signs must have French writing at least twice as big as the rest of the writing.

Yes!

In Chester there is a law that says you are allowed to shoot any Welsh person still within the city walls after midnight with a bow and arrow!

This law has never been repealed! :-)

There are several websites dedicated to just that subject. http://www.dumblaws.com/ comes to mind.

From Alaska: While it is legal to shoot bears, waking a sleeping bear for the purpose of taking a photograph is prohibited.

And I'm rather proud on my state, Oklahoma. Keep in mind the biggest body of water we have is lake Texoma, a recreation area made by damming the red river...

Whaling is illegal.

In the "good old days", in certain states, it was against the law to tip your hat to a lady on Sunday.
