Lets see.. there's the already mentioned Brawler.. or, for the old timers, Rene Goulet. From the current "superstars", Johnny Nitro, Mohammed Hassan, Paul Burchill, and the entire spirit squad (with the possible exception of Kenny)

Without any doubt, YOKOZUNA, because that guy couldn't even walk properly, he used to get tired after sometime, u just have to run here and there to make him tired and then defeat him, he was so fat, the only thing you needed to watch out that Yokozuna doesn't pounce upon you, but if you can run properly in the ring and make Yokozuna tired then he will walk away or get beaten by u and you will be victorious.
Another last thing, My Grandma, 92 Yrs, is still more active than Yokozuna, Even my Grandma can beat Yokozuna if they Wrestle now!

A few years ago there was a one legged kid named Zack something. He couldn't wrestle for sh*t but he would use his prostedic leg to beat someone up. Vince McMahan some how broke Zacks leg so he couldn't wrestle. Any way Zack I believe was the worst wrestler, just because he didn't know how to wrestle.

The Brooklyn Brawler.
He would only appear when Vince needed a time filler, or someone to get his butt kicked by an up and coming superstar.
I think he may actually have a couple of wins, but I wouldn't bet on it.

My opinion would be Mark Henry.
Oh! Can't forget Jackie Gayda! OMFG, that mixed tag w/her, Trish Stratus, Bradshaw, and Nowinski was GAH AWFUL. I believe Lawler said, "I've seen better catfights!"
