If he was 15 then, and is an adult now, then what are you worried about? People do a lot of stupid things when they were kids. Unless he did things to or around your kids, it's not likely that will even come up. Usually those records are sealed anyway.

At 15 years old you can get into a lot of trouble but it doesn't have anything to do with your kids unless he has done something to show that he is now a pervert.Has he showed signs of behavior like fondling in an inappropriate way or doing inappropriate things trying to teach your kids these things,if not, what he did at 15 won't carry any weight at all in a court room.I hope he hasn't fooled with your kids.get some professional help for them and these counselors can find out then you have a case that will stand up in court.I'm not taking up for him but you need some help proving what he may have done.I hope he hasn't been this way with your kids, you know that's the lowest thing on earth.

Unless hes been charged with a similar crime as an adult, you cannot use his juvenile arrest record against him. That record is sealed so as far as the court goes, its just hearsay and you dont need that. Unless youve been charged with child or drug abuse, you are resident parent with custody of the children, with support. He will get state mandated visitation rights. The most you can do is watch when the kids return from visiting him and see if there is a problem, and if so you can always repitition the court for amending visitations with the kids after divorce is final.

Probably nothing. Playing "doctor" at 15 is normal, except in current America. Soon, we will not allow any sex at any time by anybody with anyone, and our reproduction rate will be zero. The Chinese and Indians will soon take over the world population, and there will only be new immigrants in Amrica.

Unless the "indecency" involved violence, or you have evidence he continued this behavior as an adult, don't worry about it, and don't scare your kids. Just let them know if Dad wants to do something they don't think is right, to say no and tell you.

There is no real legal definition of gross indecency. It could be any sexual action involving same sex or opposite sex. It's a very vague legal term, so there is no real way to judge if the crime he commited could have been out of adolesent innocence or truly a depraved crime. I would suggest either giving more information if you have it, or finding out the pertinent information and giving it to a lawyer. The lawyer will determine if the information is truly a cause for keeping him from your children or not...

and you never did anything wrong when you were 15? Sounds like you are just trying to keep your husband from getting the boys. Don't try to use that against your sons father or you may end up losing them too.

He was 15, a juvenile..
It has probably been sealed or expunged from his record..
I do not think there is much you can or will be able to do since he was a kid when he was arrested..
Good Luck

What did he do? Streak? Moon his butt from a car window? Get caught having gay sex at a rest stop? Was he caught peeing in public?

"gross indecency" alone is pretty vague. It covers a multitude of offenses, from childish pranks to serious matters.

Why do you want to stop him from seeing your kids?

Aren't they his children too?

What happens once you tell him that they do no longer decide for to confirm him? they are very almost to the age the place they could make that decision. have you ever written documentation of whilst they visited, what he suggested with dates ?? if so then you fairly can report a action for supervised visitation, which he will ought to pay for..and my wager is he will shorten the visits. you apart from would can cut back his touch to telephonic communique. confer with the clerk on the courtroom homestead or download varieties to report. My son became 13 whilst he informed off his step mom and refused to pass to with the aid of fact of her. He suggested "i'm going to tell the choose why i do no longer decide for to pass to my dad!" she has hated him ever considering yet what are ya gonna do?! two times he ran removed from them and called me from a gas station to p.c.. him up.
