We have decided to go to San Fransisco for our honeymoon, but I can't find any reasonably priced (under $1200 for four nights)Romance or Honeymoon packages. Any ideas? Or even just 3-star hotels with large suite rooms? I spent all stinking day online looking for the best deal, but I really don't want to spend that much!!! Thank you!

Unfortunatley San Francisco is quite expensive. Try the Hilton at Union Square--it's a good location pretty close to major attractions. It's a fairly large convention hotel but the rates are usually pretty decent. Go to www.hilton.com to check the rates.
Congrats and have fun in SF!

When are you getting married? This is peak season for hotels, so you will pay top price. The rates drop after Labor Day weekend.
But even though you don't want to spend that kind of money - you will get the best, and you will remember your honeymoon with good memories. If you downgrade - it could leave you with some lousy memories, and you are only going to [hopefully] do this once. Go for the gusto girl - this is the best part of your wedding.
Plus which, going online to look for the names of hotels is good, but most of them have 800 numbers. Talk to them personally, tell them it's your honeymoon - and don't be shy about asking for a special rate. It works. I have to go to another city for medical tests as we have no specialists where I live. When I phoned for reservations at a 4 star, they told me that if it was for medical reasons I would get a 20% discount.
So I'll bet you could get at least that for a honeymoon.
Good luck and have a wonderful wedding and honeymoon.

Try the Stanford Court on Nob Hill.
I also would do a search for Bed and Breakfasts in nice neighborhoods (Cow Hollow, Marina, Pacific Heights, Nob Hill, Presidio Heights) The hotel prices are set for corporate travelers who don't have a problem paying $450+ a night.

Hell hearth guy! As plenty as I receive a guy or woman's closeness jointly together with his companion and little ones, there are concerns that are no longer proper, like inviting your mum to the honeymoon. I assume your fiancee gets 'huffy' with the aid of fact she sees which you in basic terms placed your loved ones in the previous than her. it is not a contest who has extra affection from you, besides the undeniable fact that it is approximately compromise and thinking your new spouse's thoughts too. A honeymoon is desperate 2 adult adult males and girls who love each and each distinctive, spending particular time jointly on my own! now no longer with mummy dearest tagging alongside, i'm very happy i'm no longer your new bride, i evaluate you will locate there ought to be one guy or woman much less on the honeymoon, and it does not be you or your sister or mum lol!

There are lots of great hotels in SF. The best resource for finding one is here: http://farechase.yahoo.com/hotelsearch/?cityname=San+Francisco%2C+CA

Just enter the date for when you are going to be there and then see what is available, how much it costs, links to reviews, and find out where it is on the map.
