No....it's not illegal to do it in the U.S. either....it's not illegal to marry your cousin anywhere. I know this because I know people that have married their cousins....it's actually really gross, but do whatever you want, cause it's your life.

Muslem people marry their relation all the time. I am not sure of Australian laws on that part but go to your local law office and they should be able to tell you for free
