I want to create an online multiplayer game without having to buy any special software or learn a ton of programing (a little is okay, though). Thanks for your help!

Search yahoo for Game Maker. In the first page of results there is 'game maker pages'. click it. On the site look at very left side of the page. click 'downloads' dowload game maker version 6.1. you have just downloaded my favorite programming software that requires NO CODE!!!!!!!! It is all drag and drop and when you decide to play your game, it converts it into code for you. However, to make 3d and multiplayer games you need to register. You have to go to their site and pay $20 to do this. It does involve code at this point but it is built in and is very simple.

r u kidding? a multiplayer game without having to do a lot of programming? Have you even seen the code for online multiplayer games? it's thousands of lines of coding. it would take a single person months to make a decent game. Anyway, if you decide to program an online game use Java like josephhenryk said.

multi player game? 1 word: java. contact jagex (the creators of runescape), miniclip.com and sun java.good luck, oh and it is not as easy as it looks, first u need minigames and apps, 2 gain xp on java like chatrooms, movement, cut scenes, and so on.
