Stay away from those sites unless you don't have the common sense you were born with. They are scams.

This is a very common scam known as "419 scam" "nigerian scam" or "advance fee fraud", in which you are promised a large sum of money for helping someone by accepting a large deposit to your bank account. All they want is your money and you will get nothing in return. Ignore it. I like to respond to the emails telling them that you have informed the United States Secret Service and that the men with the dark sunglasses and black suits will be there soon.

I have been geting these too. I just ignore them. I know they are scams.
