Designated drivers

2006-07-30 03:57:56 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 0 0

The obvious answer, 'designated drivers', is a little silly because how many people in the parking lot really have designated drivers? A lot are by their by themselves.

I think the best advice is 'don't drink and drive', but of course no one ever goess 100% to the best advice. So People will still drive to bars, but even if they drink, hopefully they will 'drink responsibly' which is the motto that seems to have replaced 'don't drink and drive' anyway.

Some bars serve food and provide entertainment. Also, the workers have to park somewhere. But I get your point. I guess you can drink and stay below the limit and drive home. You don't have to get plowed every time you visit a bar.
