What's a dark brunette? Also, what's a light brunette? Is that a girl or woman with a light or lighter shade of brown hair?

You are right. A dark brunette's hair looks almost black. But, when they are in the sun, you can see that is is dark brown, not black. A light brunette is a person whose hair is a nice light brown color. It is a shade or so darker then people with sandy brown hair.

A dark brunette is a deep brown haired person and a light brunette is a light brown haired person. Warm brown haired individuals may have a bit of reddish tint to them also. Hair colors whether natural or dyed can be quite exciting!

My natural hair color was a mousy brown, had no pizazz to it. Had some natural red flicks to it and some lighter brown flecks into it but not enough of anything to be considered pretty. I dye it red or a reddish blonde. I like my hair color now.

a dark brunette has more red and blue undertones in their hair rather than gold and red. when their hair lightens red/ auburn highlites would be most likely . a light brunette has more red and gold. when their hair lightens golden red highlites happen. a dark blond can actually be at dark as a light brunette but their hair would have mostly gold undertones, some red and very little dark blue. their hair would most likely become honey - blond when lightened naturally
