They are all alive. Rue had a battle with breast cancer and is in remission and Estelle is the one going through dementia and Alzheimer's and is in really bad shape. Bea and Betty are fine.

I think Bea Arthur and Rue McClannahan are still alive. The old lady has passed, though. And I think Betty White is still alive.

I believe they are ALL still alive, However Estelle Getty is going downhill fast with a severe case of Alzheimers. I heard reports that the other ladies had all been visiting her

They are all still alive, but the one that played Maud's mother is very sick with Alzheimer's and doesn't remember any of the showings.
