i think after u eat breakfast plan something 2do 4 every hour of the day. u should also only stay on the computer for about an hour every day. Ask your mom when 30mins. or an hour is up to tell you to get off the computer.
Hope this helps!

I used to have this exact problem. The answer is simple, and you may not like it: go out and do something! You just need to discover a hobby other than the computer: hiking, playing music, writing, drawing... I don't know those are just some of mine. Try spending some time outside, you might think it's boring at first, but you'll really start to enjoy it. Go to the park with a couple of friends one day instead of sitting in front of the computer. Hope this helped.

Find yourself a fun hobby that you and your friends can enjoy. A computer is nothing compared to real live companionship.

other options:
*convince yourself that you have better things to do than to just sit around and visit the same websites over and over again.
*Learn to dicipline yourself in giving your eyes a break.
*If your an online games addict, delete some of the games your tired with, that way the ones you have left will eventually bore you plus it will give your computer more free space to enjoy. (Lesser choices ^^)
*Try to take some time in reflecting on important things in life.
* Try to make a schedule

Computers are not addicting... you are addicted to whatever it is you are spending tons of time on.. e.g Yahoo Answers...

You will still need to use the computer for work or reading your emails, etc. So you cant shut out computers forever..

Learn to control your addiction, e.g. set an alarm clock to limit your addicted activity. Slowly reduce the alarm timing to shorter and shorter time..

Good luck!

You need to turn it off, Remove all the cords, and pack the computer into a box. Once in the box give it to a friend to keep for you.

Get out of the house, start doing other things. Exercise, meditation, volunteer work, read, anything.
