I think the problem is you are WAY TOO YOUNG to be raising a child. You are still a teenager yourself! You should be pursuing *at least* a bachelor's degree and a career before having a baby. At least give yourself a chance at a good education! Don't shortchange yourself like that.

A baby will change your life FOREVER. There is no need to rush into having one. I have been married five years, and I still don't have a kid (by choice).

With a baby, you can forget about parties, nice vacations (you won't be able to afford them), nice clothes, etc. Without a college education, you won't be able to find a well-paying job to provide for the nice things in life for your kid. Sure, you may be able to "get by," but who wants to just get by? Don't you want to give your kids the nice things in life? Don't YOU want the nice things in life?

Do yourself a favor: get a college degree, get a job, and then have a baby.

Are you married? If not why do you want to make an unwed mother out of yourself when you could be using your youth to get an education or travel the world or just do something really amazing that you may never have the chance to do once you ar weighed down with a baby? This is the time in your life to devour all that life has to offer! If you go to college, you will meet a good caliber of man and then the two of you can settle down and have a better home for the baby. Whats more you'll have more life experience behind you which will make you a more wise person and a better parent. Try some traveling first if you are not inclined to go to school. Look at it a a blessing that you have not had a pregnancy.

There's probably nothing wrong with you---but thankfully, you have not gotten pregnant. I'm 38. I had my first baby at 34. Believe me, raising and being responsible for a child is the hardest job in the world. There are a lot of rewards, but it's a FULL TIME 24 HOUR JOB. And it's expensive. If you don't have a good job--forget it. Carseats, cribs, strollers, formula, food, cups, bottles, spoons, diapers, clothes.....it adds up. Go out, enjoy your life...have some fun and think about it again around 25.

There could be several reasons.

How long were you on birth control before stopping.
Your trying to hard and that can cause stress which can cause
you not to get pregnant.
You could have a physical problem and need to see your doctor
to be tested.
Your partner (hopefully husband) has a physical problem such as
low sperm count or is sterile.

Nobody can answer this question for you on here.
You are going to have to make an appointment with your obgyn
and let them find the answers. If there is no reason why YOU can not get pregnant then your partner is going to have to go to his doctor and be tested.

Well the first thing is that your way to young to have a baby!!

I dont mean physically of course....I mean emotionally and mentally.

Babies are such hard work....are you sure that this is something you want to commit the rest of your life to? Have you succeded in aquiring a skill or shooling that will allow you to care for the baby when it gets here?? Like maybe the national average of 1000 dollars a month for diapers...food...clothing....medical bills..toys....etc etc etc??? Or is there a good...dependable man or partner involved in this that you can trust to be there forever?

Why dont you wait a bit.....get some other things done in your life...then do the baby thing?

Could be lots of reasons, including infertility of your partner. Check with your GYN or a fertility specialist. Most docs recommend trying for two years before going to the specialist.
(Unsolicited advice follows) By the way...You're pretty young for starting a family. Don't you know the fun is over when the bundle of joy arrives? But seriously, enjoy your youth for a few more years before you take on that responsibility.

If you are really wanting to get pregnant then you should find out when you ovulate. If you have a 28 day cycle then days 12-16 are the best to get pregnant. If you are irregular then go to your Dr and see if he/she can help you figure out which days you ovulate have sex every day or every other day from three days before and three days after. Just remember that being pregnant and having a kid is no easy thing. You can't party anymore you can't drink or smoke without harming your child. Don't cheat on your partner to get pregnant either, that shows to much immaturity.

I was a 19year old, trying to get pregnant once, and couldn't, My uterus wasn't fully develop. I even had a doctoc say I couldn't have children. He was wrong after seeing different doctors, I went on fertilaty pills, still didn't work. The doctor told me after two weeks of your menstral try then to get pregnant, thats when you ovalate.I still try that, than when I was 27 I had a baby. Sometimes woman arn't fully develop,it just takes time. Don't try too hard and it will happen if your able.Have a dotor check to make sure you can have children,if he says yes,it will happen.,because other doctors said I could. If they say you can't,check with other doctors first. Good luck.

Not any of my business, but aren't you a bit young to be having kids? There is a certain level of maturity that is required in being a parent and the fact that you are asking this question on line as opposed to a medical professional suggests to me that you may want to wait a little bit longer before getting pregnant.

Your body may still in the process of changin into an "adult". Some girls take longer, becuase of hormones etc. My best friend just had her first at 24 and was sleeping with lots of different men all unprotected since she was 16. So I guess timing and fate is what it comes down to.
