I suggest you check out the reviews at TechTree, http://www.techtree.com/ but I found this laptop rather quickly for Rs. 54,000, http://www.techtree.com/techtree/jsp/article.jsp?article_id=73690&cat_id=616&page=1
If you need one with a DVD burner, look elsewhere as this laptop does not have a DVD burner, it also does not meet your storage requirements, perhaps someone who is from your area will respond but it is just easier for me to find things in the US and as models and prices and taxes vary, I am far from qualified to find something meeting your exact requirements. But you might check with HP or Lenovo (IBM).
