I love it also. I taste first then if its possible or needs it I add a bit of Hot Chilli powder. Oh please dont use Tabasco, Tabasco is to vinegary sets off the taste of the other spices.

I make a great Butter Chicken, but I spice it up with chilli powder and Franks Red Hot sauce ... serve with basmati rice ... yum!
