i want to stop masturbating for a month.becauce i want to talk to GOD for some reasons.but I can't control that. i always want to masturbating.how should I stop that. I only want to touch it when taking shower & using toiltet.so????

its all in the brain, the more you do something the more you want to do it, this is because the brain builds nerves according to experiences and those nerves will triger the OK to masturbate everytime you touch it or whatever. you have to try hard and forget about it when ever you want to do it. slowly slowly you will be able to control it. try praying every time you want to do it, that will stop you from doing it, but be carefull not to create opposite experiences as impotence for example, if you think bad or guilty for your self everytime you do it or stop from doing it then it will be put into your brain's subconcious the idea that you do not want to do it whether is masturbate or normal sex. everything you do (including masturbate) do it happily and with positive thinking having in mind that your actions will not affect negatively you or anyone else.

are you a catholic by any chance, such repression, masturbating is a normal heathly activity you doing it or your girl doing it is normal behaviour, by the way god knows all, i sometimes talk to god or jesus when engaged with another person usually at the end.
