No, but I they look so gross and intimidating. I actually have seen them take an aggressive stance - kind of rearing up and acting as if they were going to attack. (No kidding, and I was not under the influence of any mind-altering substance!) Their appearance is a good example of a natural selection - over time, the most ugly and disgusting tomato worms survived to breeding age! I wear gloves when I pick them off because they gross me out, and I am usually not a wimp.
