Oh sure!! Pick the hardest question to ask!!

Its not easy...thats for sure....the easy answer is....dont try to do to many things at once.

The less you have to in the pot...the less stiring you have to do.

I would guess that the best way to balance your life is to concentrate on one priority at a time....Like getting through school...then a career....then a relationship....then a family.....then retirement.

People get themselves all in a knot when they try to get it all at the same time....start a relationship...then go off to school and ask "how do I maintain a long distance relationship??"

Start working to get that apartment for yourself....give up school to do it...and then ask..." I'm stuck in a dead end job...How do I get out of it?"

Try to go to school....maintain a relationship....work to pay for that car and apartment.....have an unexpected baby....support the guy that doesnt want to work....and then your asking the question..." How do I get out of using drugs and alcohol everyday??"

One thing at a time Darlin....like baby steps....set a goal...work towards it....taking time to smell the roses.....then go on to the next one. Life is short...its true....so there is no reason to screw it up too soon.

good luck.

I like the first answer. Change is the only consistency in life.

Personally, my life never has balance because my health dictates day to day behavior. With illness and injury leading the way, all I can do is "try" to maintain some sort of balance.

For those not in my situation. Have steadfast rules such as "eat right", "get plenty of sleep", "drink 8-8oz glasses of water a day", and "exercise". These seem simple to say but in action are monumental tasks for some.

Just remember what the really important things in your life are and never let the others over shadow them. Realize that sometimes instead of giving 100% to one area you have to give 80% in order to give to the other areas in your life.

Don't think its possible. Just when you think you have a grip on things, something comes along to kill it all. If one can learn to go with change maybe there's a chance for life..........
