For macs - just buy from the apple store.
For anything else, go with newegg. They are one of the bigger ones out there, and have very good prices and super fast shipping. I've spent a few hundred grand there for my company and for myself and have never had a problem with them. Any products that I got damaged they took back, no problem. And they have crazy deals on just about everything. Plus shipping gets there VERY early. Typical ground orders come in 2-3 days ahead of schedule.

The biggest online computer store would be Newegg, http://www.newegg.com/ but they do not sell Macs. the problem is that Apple sets the prices of their products so it doesn't matter where you buy it, it will be the same price everywhere. Just buy it from the Apple Store, http://www.apple.com/
That is of course, not counting Dell (but I hate Dell).
