the trick is to do stretching exercises after any activity. it will not only prevent injury but will also stretch the muscles so they are toned instead of being bunched up.

Which muscle is getting bigger?
Besides, as you grow...your body will redistribute the fat and normalize any area that has the most muscle tissue. The only thing you may want to watch out for are your legs.....a lot of women who do a lot of running.....have large calve muscles but ignore their thighs....this looks really strange in a pair of shorts or a mini skirt.

Talk to a trainer. At one time, I had trouble with my biceps getting too big. It was a problem with sleeves not fitting on clothes, not good for a female. Had to go to less weight and reps. Muscles are nice, but if it effects the fit of clothes, it can be a problem.

It's fine to have some muscle there... you're not going to end up like a macho lady, let them grow, show the boys who's boss.
