my boyfriend always suspects that i am cheating on him cuz i told him that i cheated on my ex. i know that im not cheating on him. wat should i do?

It was very honest of you to admit that you cheated on your previous bf.
If you love the new one, you're just going to help him get over his suspicions. If he's so insecure and needy that he can't get over it, then at some point, you'll have to move on.
You can tell him that you learned how hurtful cheating is and don't want to do it again. Tell him that if it will help, he should check up on you from time to time. You can help the process along by not doing anything that might look suspicious. By that I mean don't disappear for an afternoon or evening or meet with friends without letting him know. The need to to this should diminsh with time.

make him acknowledge that you have not cheated on him, and tell him he has to put some faith into the relationship. He is more man than the guy you did cheat on was. So he needs to stop. You can successfully change. It isn't hard when you really love someone. Tell him you can't imagine putting him through that pain because you love him too much.
Always answer you phone or cell or pager or im when it is him and that goes a long way towards him trusting you to always be there for him.
Do not tell him that if he doesn't start to trust you, you will leave. That is something he doesn't need to know as it does not foster more trust... Decide on a timetable, and stick to it, if he hasn't shown improvement in three months, bin him, he is a lost cause with no self esteem and will always and forever vex you about it.
Learn a lesson from this time, and never admit you cheated again. Sometimes total, blunt honesty is not the best policy. You have to consider the effect it may have on this other human being with feelings who loves you.

If you spend enough time with him and let him know where you are most of the time, then he has no reason to think you would ever cheat on him. Either way, you have to earn his trust all over again. Maybe he was hurt before by another whom cheated on him and it was not a good experience... it never is. You need to try and keep his mind off what he suspects and onto positive things.

If he cant trust you then maybe u should find someone that can. You dont need that headache, and it will never go away. Dont tell the next guy u cheated. People believe once a cheater always a cheater, and thats not always true.

I wouldn't have told him that you cheated on your x, that planted a seed in his mine. You will have to sit him down and tell him that you made a mistake in the past and you learned from it. You learned that cheating breaks hearts and that you never won't to do that to any one again. Let him know that you love him and because of the mistake that was made in your past you are a better person for it today,
