Yep i have a few clothes right here that have that setting
a tight purple dress that zips up the back
a purple shirt with a chain symbol in the front it buttons up the back
a purple shirt with gold trim it buttons up the back
a brown browse that buttons up the back

Yes, they still :-) I have one or two such item. They look nice, and pretty but they're a bit uncomfortable, since you an't get them on and off without help usually.
