What are the fastest Heelys? Are there Heelys that you can use on cement (outside) and inside?

The speed of Heelys depends on the wheels. You can buy ABEC 7 wheels which are the fastest. Go to heelys.com to find a store that carries them. All Heelys work indoors and outdoors.
