It's biological
They signal men that woman are ready to mate
and the bigger they are, the better they will be for children.
I'm not saying that it is true .. that bigger is better.
but biologically that is what they signal to the male brain.... and instinct.

It is more a cultural than a sexual thing. And it is very much part of the Western culture.
In some other parts of the world men are not stimulated by their women's breasts in the same way. And of course not every man in the West is either.
Personally I find large breasts on a woman unattractive and quite bothersome. (And I never understand what makes people spend thousands on breast-implants and enlargements!)
I prefer women with small, perky breasts that are unintrusive, aesthetic and elegant. But they don't "turn me on". My stimulation comes from the brain and the eyes of a woman.

When something protrudes, it is noticeable. In that way, breasts are the first noticeable part in a woman's body. As it looks beautiful, you get attracted towards it. So breasts act as a platform for woman to express their sexual feelings. Every woman would first remove her top clothes to expose their breasts to attract men to have sex with her.

brest for man means safety and peace as it reminds us when we were kids and safe in our mothers arms sucking milk,
so if you think about peace and safety while lookin at breasts it turns you on
as we all know it is easier for man to get erection why he has no stress and worries than while he has.
