What a jerk - you are better off without this low life. Yes, you can sell his things quite legally if he left them behind because possession is 9/10ths of the law in England. I would have no hesitation in doing so and if he comes back for them tell him what you have done because you needed the money to keep his children. He is the loser by not seeing his two beautiful children.

Yes. I would then do the following:

1. Save the money for a good attorney, you'll need to pursue
child-support
2. Buy something nice for the twins.

I'm sorry this has happened to you. Hold your head high, be strong, and always focus on the love of your children to keep you going in rough times; because you will experience them. Keep the blessing of them in your heart and you'll persevere.

I don't think you should sell all of his belongings left in the house for they probably aren't worth a whole lot like him. Give them to a thrift store where he can buy them back.

I'd sell all his belongings. And keep the money put away, It'll be hard enough taking care of twins with someone else. but one your own will be really hard. You'll need all the help and money you can get.

I move all his crap to the garage, send a certified letter to his address notifying the date you were going to sell his junk if he did not respond (make it 30 days from the letter) and then get rid of it.

I wouldnt just dump it or sell it -- you might end up in small claims court.

I would also go to family court and make certain you file for support.

When a friend of mine got caught cheating on his wife, she did a pretty good job of getting even. She left, and the only thing she left him was
1 knife
1 fork
1 spoon
1 plate
1 bowl
1 cup
The entire house was empty except for that stuff!

I donno , it depends. Are they his kids? Is he just a "fella" or were you married? Why did he do that? Sounds bad, but let's hear the whole story first.
If he's being an a s s I'll be first in line to buy stuff though.

You may face legal consequences if you sell. Consult and attorney before you do anything. Play your cards right and that jerk will be ever sorry.

Give him a deadline to pick his things up and keep copies of this. If he fails to do so, then he should of taken them with him before risking the chance to lose them.
