years ago they passed a law in Ny that stated woman had the right to walk around topless legally, but, the mayor at the time sad he would do everything to stop it by arresting them for something.?

I'm not sure about the mayor making those statements but it is legal for women to be topless in NY. yes the law was passed.

It should be legal to go complety nude anywhere. If you want to dress it should be your right but as well should be your right to go nude. You was not born dressed.
