As terrible as it is to see such a tragedy happen, it's all the result of war. War is not pretty. It will take innocent lives. It's not something we want to hear. Sometimes those who kill, do it to send a message. If someone killed 34 children in your neighborhood, wouldn't that send a strong message to you to get out and do something about it? It's a cat and mouse game of war. They're prodding them to fight back. It's quite a terrible, terrible situation.
