Unfortunately, a third world war is brewing. At first, it looks like a cultural difference that includes religion. Secondly, it appears to be over territories & domains. But, the real danger is in the quest for nuclear power. Smaller countries are being excluded from the benefits of nuclear power for fear that the research process will lead to nuclear weapons. The need for cheaper alternative power is real & the threat of WMD in irresponsible hands is also a harsh reality that could create WW III.

usually it's the politics of some small country with an idiot leader who has a fanatical desire to control the world through war. Take note of the cause of both world wars, Germany in ww1, and Japan and Germany in world war 2. This time it will be Iran and North Korea, with Venezuela's Chavez providing the base for attack.

Primitive tribalism (dictatorial theocracies, fascists / socialists...) are forming alliances, mostly orbiting around Iran. The new breed of socialists leaders in S. America are even chumming up with Iran.

I'm dreading the world war that is upon us, b/c there's so many among us that won't want to win, let alone engage the fight.

I am not an expert on war, but I think that the conflict going on in Lebanon and Israel could easily turn into WW III. The Arabian countries could join Lebanon since they don't like Israel. The United States could join Israel...other countries could become angry at America for getting involved. They could join...this could become WW III.

If Iran were to launch a nuclear missile into Israel we would be very close to it. It would depend on who countries like Russia and China align themselves with. Let's pray this doesn't happen.
