You can say "yes" after every question, but that doesnt mean that you will be telling the truth. If you want a question that you can never truthfully answer "yes", then here is one:
"Is 'no' going to be your answer to this question?"
In fact, not only can you not answer this question truthfully with "yes", you cannot answer it truthfully with "no" as well.
The complete answer seems to be any question which would imply a logical contradiction or physical impossibility if 'yes' were given as the answer.
With this in mind, I pose the following question:
"Is this question a question which implies a logical contradiction if 'yes' is given as the answer?"
(PS everybody, yes i am dead (tired), yes i am sleeping (at the switch), yes i like drugs, yes you look fat in those jeans, yes i stopped beating my wife (at cards) last year, yes i want to outlive my children, yes i want a cigarette, yes it is the 30th or 29th today, yes there is a god (while i might not believe that, you cant prove that i dont nor prove that there is or isnt a god), etc. The point here is that these questions are not questions that can NEVER be answered yes.)

I have never answered Yes to questions with leads such as: Who, What, Where, When, and Why etc..
I have answered Yes to certain questions beginning with: Will, Won't, Are, Could, and Can etc..

I would never say yes to accepting any form of illegal drugs.
Now as to the questions, you can never say yes to the question are you dead?, if you are. Are you awake? if you are in a deep coma and can't respond. Are you hungry? if you are an infant you can't talk.
