There are definetely no such websites. The only possibility for donations is if you have cancer and you need money, then a good hearted person could technically donate.
Edit: Those website are mostly scams. If you want to have money, earn it by going to work.

modestneeds.org appears to be a legitimate website. People there don't typically give large sums, but do try to help people with, say, an overdue mortgage or car payment who have gotten behind, especially if there is some legitimate reason that was out of their control.
