Yeah, hey, I'm a guy and I started shaving my legs when I was a cyclist in college. I never stopped. I shave them once a week. I just don't like hairy legs sticking out from under anyone's shorts, male or female. I think it looks better. You could say, why should a guy shave his face? Well, because he thinks it looks better smooth. The same for my legs. To each his own.
More and more male athletes are shaving their legs, and with athletic lifestyles becoming more popular, you are going to see more guys with shaved legs.
During the last Tour de France, when Lance Armstrong was dating Sheryl Crowe, she remarked to the press that Lance was better at shaving his legs than she was. That got a lot of attention, and guys started to realize that there is nothing feminine about guys with shaved legs.
Shave your legs and see if you like it. Believe me, no one will even notice. I've been shaving them now for 20 years and wear shorts all the time. I can't recall ever getting a comment; at most, a second look now and then, although I'd be happy to discuss it if someone were to ask me.
Also, you don't need "permission" from women to shave your legs. If a woman likes you, it's probably going to have more to do with that thing between your ears called your brain than anything else.
(Geeze.)

I tried the shaved legs and arm idea last summer. I work outside and found that being hairless was great way to stay cool during the summer, though there were some draw backs.
1. I needed more sun screen lotion.
2. I felt the heat more with bare skin. So I started to wear over-sized shirts which cover my arms.
3. I spent a lot more on shaving products (blades, lotion, creams) than I would have with just shaving my face.
4. I got some strange looks and comments by both men and woman.

One or both?
Hmmm, is this a joke?
Ok, I'll humour you.
I like men with shaved EVERYTHING.
(Arms, legs, pits, 'nads..everything.!!!)
But you have to have the muscles to back it up.
*Gosh, am I the only one here you feels this way?
This must be the millionth question I've answered about this subject here and more often than not, people will warn you not to do it. This is because most people have a strange idea that it is a "gay" thing to do, but forget all that.
Most women in resort areas (Miami, LA) - most, not all - love that.
If you're not willing to go all the way, trim it down with an electric trimmer. A little hair is ok.
Oh, and by the way - don't shave your legs unless the rest of you is shaved.
Seems obvious to say, but you never know...

i think do what you feel will suit you best. do whats comfortable and do what you want. when i try to find guys i dont base them on what hair they shave on their body there are many other things about men than hair. if a girl makes fun of you for it then they weren't yours find somebody who likes you for who you are, but either shave both or dont shave cause one leg shaved will look really stupid
