correction to that person that's trying to tell you that your gay and not a lesbian, i guess shes looking at your picture and assumes your a man? they don't have to know, but it would be better telling them so your more comfortable to be around your girlfriend/s.
if your under 18 you should wait to tell them, you never know you might be sexual confused

Well do you want them to know? If so, Just do it.. They will either have to accept it or get over it! Not everyone is going to be whats expected and anyone who can face up to telling something like that is good, I know it was hard for me, I am not lesbian.. Just bi but even still that was hard coming out with.. Good Luck!

Just sit them down and tell them. If you're too nervous it might be easier to tell them one at a time depending on who you are closer to. I don't know your situation, but sometimes they already know.

I see alot of people that are gay , that insist being gay is natural , ok , and all that stuff , but they have a hard time telling their parents.

correction. lesbians are girls, gays are guys. and your parents will probably understand you if you tell them.

every gay person i have heard about says they were born that way so your parents should already know.
