I would like for it to be able to show up when I write on black paper, so it must be pretty bright. If you can let me know what brand you have and what store you got it at, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks!

The best white pen I've found is the Painty Twin (white/black) by Zig. These also come in other colors and work on many other surfaces (wood, metal, plastic, glass) as well as paper.

You can find them at scrapbooking supply stores like Archiver's or Recollections. You may be able to find them at Michael's and Hobby Lobby (though I haven't seen them at stores in my area--Denver).

Here is an online where you can buy them from:

They usually come in a set 1 gold - 1 silver - 1 white
The brandname I have is Hybrid (Gel Grip)
You could probably find them in a good office suppy store, a Hand & Hobby Craft Store or an art supply shop

Most office places have pens similar to markers which write silver, but I've used a white-out pen before.

Try using a correction pen, you know, the one you use to write over mistakes you made when writing with other color ink to cover up the mistake and write over it?
Its white, and i have tried using it to write on my notebook with black pages and it looks bright enough

Hobby Lobby, JoAnne's, any craft or scrapbooking store should have it.

You could also use a white out pen. These can be found anywhere like WalMart, etc.

Either look for a white gel pen or a correction pen.

It seems like they have something like that at a craft store. Have a Michaels or a Hobby Lobby near by.

You should find one at your nearest news agency or office supplies store. You could also check out eBay.
