Your friend needs to raise her standards a little and not act cheap. If she's cute and smart, Bobby will want to be around her and get to know her better. What does she want, a boyfriend or someone to makeout with? There are plenty of tramps out there.

Umm...well it depends on what age group you are! If you're young teenagers, you dare them to play 7 mins in heaven (always works!) or you could set them up on a not-so-blind-date (as in, she knows she's meeting up with him but he doesn't know shes the one he's meetin). Hope this helps!

when I was young and in school I liked this lad. I didn't know how to let him know so I accidently dropped the books I was carrying when he was standing near me. He picked them up and carried them for me to my destination. We ended up kissing. You could also pretend to faint when near him.
