Get someone over to help you move the dresser CAREFULLY. Even if you just lift one end up, that should allow enough room for you to remove the little guy. But do it CAREFULLY!!

Maybe try sticky rat paper. Put it on the end of a stick or just slide it underneath him. He’ll get stuck, but you should be able to free him from it, maybe even try baby oil to get him unstuck. Good luck.

Make the room dark and quiet and keep a watch. He should come out eventually once he's not scared any more.

Can you take out the bottom drawer and reach him? If not, my advice is to put food and water in a cage and wait.

you could always try to move the dresser or maybe even try talking to the little guy or girl and assure them it is alright to come out and no one will hurt them and even just give them time if they want to come out they will in time as long as you leave the little hmster alone but try talking to to him or her if not let them come out on their own
