What you can do with it is illegal and you'll be caught eventually.
Be wise, contact the owner and return the items or address a large envelope & drop it all in the mail to them.

Be arrested and convicted of identity theft if you use any of it for anything. This is a very serious crime that will get you a nice prison term if that is what you are looking for.

anything you want to, like shopping, borrow money from loan shark and others without putting much problem unto your real self.
problems appear when you get caught for fraud and identity threat.
I say just shred it so you dont into trouble and regret later on.
