Since you have asked your question under the category of education, so i presume you are asking about hr as in Human Resource? well if its that, then i must say that there is nothing to hate about HR, and i believe people hate it because they think its a waste for any organization to spend its expenditure on the HR department, whereas it is a wrong concept, since its important for an organization to have a well maintained HR department, since as the name suggests human resource management is to manage the human resource of the organization, its definitely for the betterment of the employees
