Not to be A downer, but yes it is true, in most states, you need to miss up to 10 business days to be compensated for time off. however if you went to the hospital for that injury, Workman's Comp will pay the hospital bill.

Yes, you have to be off work 2 or 3 weeks.

thats right you can use sickdays if you have them otherwise your out
