I just don't get it. These cowardly terrorists hide behind children in a war and then somehow manage to get sympothy for their side when those children get killed. What's wrong with people?

It's easy for them. When the kids die them just add them to their martyr list. Then they send it to the media for wide dispersal.

It was quite easy, Hezbollah kidnapped a couple Israeli soldiers knowing that as usual Israel would do as they have a history of doing, mete out some collective punishment as they did this morning when they missed their target and hit an apartment building killing 56, 34 being children and many of the rest being women. It's kind of like someone in your family committing a crime, and the police come and wipe out your entire neighborhood to get them. From your point of view it would be OK since the coward hid amongst your neighbors.

Good Question, anybody with a serious mind needs to ask themselves that one.
I think it all goes to the blind statement that if your against terrorists then you are for Bush, These people are Anti Bush thus pro terrorist. It's not something that can be understood by rational thinking individuals. Only hate filled sore LOSERS!! that think Bush Lied People died etc, etc...

It's not sympathy for terrorist, but for innocent children. Do you think this children are less innocent because terrorists hide behind them? Do children have choice? How would you feel if your child was killed like that? These are real people, real families, real tragedies, not well executed movies. People of Lebanon have my sympathy, not terrorists.
