everybody i have trusted has let me down and i hate it who should i trust or is the old saying trust no one the best saying

i think u should not start trusting everyone that comes in your life
first take a few time some days, months or more to make a photo of his/her in your mind that how he/she thinks about u what is his/her character all about and how he/she thinks for other people to whom u know or dont know

secondly, make sure that the person to whom u wanted that u can trust upon him/her whether he/she trust u if they trust u then make feel yourself that u can trust upon him for this u can test your friends by taking a test that who help u in the better way when u r in some trouble who is that one person who helps u out from a trouble at a right time

my dear friend , the true friends r those who come in between the any kind of trouble and in u and those who can come at any given time in life to help u out ]

i want to say that the person who helps u to come out of any difficulty in your life is a true friend

Trust always begins with yourself...and this will lead you to God. If you have those two things...you have everything. Believe in the basic decency of most folks...but never give it away freely. It must be earned...over a period of time. You will attract to you what you need.
