I honestly don't know. Logically, I don't think so, but then there are numerous instances of young children remembering things from a past life - obscure or personal details which they would never have been able to find out - and then these turning out to be true. Interestingly, however, these are only reported from countries where reincarnation is the predominant belief (India, SE Asia etc).

It's a nice idea. I like the idea of renewal of energy and what have you, but just because I like an idea, it doesn't mean it's true.

So I still don't know whether I believe in past (or future) lives or not. Probably not, but never say never.

Yes. Even in America young children remember things from a past life, we ignore their stories as fantasy. As we grow older we forget more and more of any past life. Sometimes something happens to you, or you have a dream, that makes you feel that you knew someone in a past life. Our society SUPPRESSES the idea of reincarnation as silly and stupid, much like suppressing the idea of traveling on the ocean to find out if the world is round. (OH NO THAT CAN"T BE TRUE BECAUSE IT HASN"T BEEN PROVEN!!!) Well once upon a time it had not been 'proven' that there was even a sound barrier much less what speeds it would take to break it. Once, electricity had not been 'proven', and the 'internet' was never even a thought. ALL things are a possibility. Just because with our limited technology we have not created a tool to measure something that is not in the material plane of our third dimensional world does not mean it is not possible.

Yes in somecases I believe in past lives because the wrongs I made in the past gave me a lesson and it helps me to rectify the future problems.

Yep. Not sure why, I'm not really religious are anything, but for some reason I've always believed more in reincarnation than alot of stuff that is shoved my way. I feel you keep coming back until you get it perfect, after that you get to go home (what ever that means)

Yes, I believe in past lives.

I have read Books on Edgar Cayce, one of the most renown psychic in history, who only give readings when he was in trance.. He gave a few life readings, and these case studies are recorded in his book, "Many Mansions".

Putting books aside, have you notice that sometimes you came across people whom you don't know at all, but find them so familar? And i also believe dreams are also a portal to your past lifes. Sometimes in certain dreams where you find yourself in certain place. In your dream, that is just another regular place you have been, but not when you wake up to it.

I have a friend whose brother died at the age of 11, drown in a public swimming pool. One of her mom's friend suggested before burial, that she should 'punish' the son, by caning the body, or using the incense sticks to burn him. This is done so that it will reduce the son's effect of karma, as they believe it is unfilial to pass on before the parents, as one has brought pain to one's parents. She chose to use the joss sticks to burn him at 3 different spots.

20 over years later, a grandchild was born to her, with the 3 exact spots of birth marked, that she has marked on her late son.

Reincarnation is like a universal law. No one can explain it, coz it is beyond man's intellectual to understand it.

I am still trying to find out more about it.

Well, this idiot I was dating said he stole something of mine and his mother took it to her psychic and was told that in a past life he was a rich and powerful king and I was just his servant.

I had a child from a previous marrage and the mother said I was a gold digger and she didn't want him to marry me.

But, what a riot, right? She actually did me the favor!
