Breaking and entering would work...Just break in, call the police and report an intruder, and hang around awhile!! No harm, no foul, and see ya in a coule of months!

There isn't a draft, so you're probably not trying to avoid it...unless you're in Israel. Are you hatching a plan to infiltrate a jail to break your "wrongly-accused" brother out?
I got it...you're trying to sabotage your future. You figure if you have a criminal record, it will almost be impossible to get a job making more than minimum wage. Well, that's the way to do it. Just de me a favor, hire your own lawyer...I don't want my taxes paying for your dumbass defense!

Most things that could net you a couple months in jail would probably just get you probation. You may have to shoot for something that would get you a year in jail, felony evasion...like when a cop tries to pull you over...keep driving. That would probably do it.
Just make sure that when they do manage to get you stopped you coply with their orders or you will get shot.

okay...if its only a couple of months your wanting...stay away from serious assult or murder..they get you years....robbery also carries a hefty sentence...so we dont want that either....what you want to do is commit a crime called citing a riot and breach of the peace...do it at buckingham palace...this will get you a 2-3week remand...then it will go to court...youll be offerd 200hours community service and say a 300quid fine....you tell the judge hes a knob jockey and youd rather go to jail than do that...and hell defo give you a month or two...depending on wich mood hes in....but be carefull if his missus has been giving him hassle..he could put you away for a 8month stretch..

This has to be the most stupidest question I have seen on here! I can safely assume you have never been to prison or had any dealings with anyone who has, otherwise you wouldnt be asking this, you really havent got a clue, have you?

Go turn in your bong to the local police station. When they arrest you, make sure you have some stolen merchandise in your pockets. Then punch one of the police officers in the face. That should do it.
