I always cook a big breakfast for my kids,all 3 teenage boys.I made sausage gravy w/homemade biscuits,eggs,pancakes,home fried potatos and now we are going to watch cold case files we taped last night!

We are having fresh blueberry pancakes (picked the berries yesterday) and eggs as a family. Then we are redecorating the boys room with glow in the dark spaceships. We will then watch one bad sci-fi movie to relax after cooling down in the sprinkler. Towards dusk we will take the dogs to the pond for a swim. Hopefully get back in time to watch the first episode of Shark Week with Mike Rowe.
Wait....you said morning, oh well now you know my whole day. Of course there is a 50% chance an in-law will come over and throw everything out of whack with some insane errand that needs to be run YESTERDAY. These people don't appreciate lazy Sundays around here.

Sunday morning, taking the truck in to get new tires, had breakfast and the kids are gone this week. Can't sleep in because then I would not be answering this question.

Since "the kingdom of heaven is within" me, going to church would be going into somebody's power trip and if totally unlucky, buy into it.
Since generally the vibes are more tranquil with people relaxing on that day, I choose to work... all day. It's one of my most productive and fun days of work. Opps! Gotta get ready for work.

I choose gazing the television. That way i do not get a lot of undesirable promotion textile and magazines printed on paper which then ought to be disposed of in the garbage - OOPS SORRY - despatched for recycling............
