Well, green day released in 2004 their best album to date. Not to say that previous vry famous releases weren;t good, but american idiot proved that they are good musicians. Although many complain that it is not punk like 1,038 smooth and kerplunk and that since dookie that hv sold out, green day is still a stable and strong band. This album, after a vry long time without a new record (considering shenanigans was a compilation of bsides), has shown that they are not just a "pop-punk band", but a rock band with good musicians

They Are Great..Especially Kirk Hammett...They Have Done A Lot Of Things Like The S&M And Stuff...But Alot Happened In Their Band Life...Metallica Is The Greatest Band...

I love them. every one of their CDs is great and that's rare. most bands have one hit CD...where all of Green Day's are awesome!
