The island of Borneo, which is partially owned by Indonesia and partially Malaysia, is very untamed and undiscovered. Recently they just found a new mamal along with many other species.

the Republic of Philippines.
when you said nature it caters from flora to fauna be it dry or wet. the philippines has it.
the largest and smallest fish is found there. the largest flower in the world is found in its lush and untouched forest. the sky is not that much poluted YET as Philippines is not that much an industrial nation. even dugong which is currently endangered is still thriving in the philippines.
Its ocean and wild life is the worlds most diverse.

Probably Canada. It's the 2nd largest country in the world, but unlike Russia, there isn't all that much extraction of gas, minerals or oil. It is also pretty sparsely populated. Most of its 36 million people live in the bottom 100 miles, so there are vast swathes of the country where you wouldn't meet a soul.

I believe it is Russia. That country is huge and it does not have that large population.
If you mean the largest coherent untouched land, I don't know.
Maybe it is Denmark. Greenland is part of Denmark.
