a 12 year old girl, who is very developed (big breasts), ( there are some like that, very few i'm sure) and she is wearing the latest styles(thanks to her parents) of low cut shorts/top no bra, whatever... and you look at her thinking she's got to be 18 or 19, are you then a pedophile?

the first 2 answers make sense, i was just wondering, because technically by definition, you would be considered a pedophile, but in reality you wouldn't be.

no, a pedophile is one who is attracted to children that are not developed. it is an unhealthy psychological problem because the normal attributes about a woman are not there with small children. woman age differently and some mature faster. it is not wrong to find a woman that has matured faster than most women attractive you a man and you are trying to procreat. i would say just dont act on the urge because society has set an age to what we can call an adult. any younger and they are off limits.

No, if your talking about just walking down the street and taking notice of her and maybe even taking a double take. You don't know her age.
But you should be able to determine that she is not 18 or 19 pretty quickly even just looking at her. Once you have determined that she is probably not 18 or 19, if you continue your attention you would be becoming borderline because you still don't know for sure. Some older teens look younger.
Now if you know her age and your still looking... now you are a pedophile. But then again is this guy looking at her wishing he was seeing here in her birthday suite or is he looking at her and thinking boy she's going to look great when she gets older but with no desire to see her in the buff?
I believe part of being able to establish guilt is knowing that you are doing something wrong when you are doing it, so knowing if he knows her age at the time becomes critical and knowing the intentions of his stare (much harder to prove) as well.

if she looks 18-19, you are not a pedophile. however if you continue to pursue after learning she is only 12, then yes, you are.

No, if you truly believe that she is 18 or above. And merely looking and thinking ablout her age (that she is 18 or 19) does not make you one.

If I see a girl dressed like that and I think she's 20....Im don't need to be looking...after a glance it becomes lust.
